You are assigned a local telephone number in the foreign country you have selected that family and friends in that country may call to be connected to your telephone number in the United States .
Your callers to your foreign local telephone number will be responsible for the charges assessed by the telephone company providing the service used to make their calls. If your callers call from outside of the local calling area of your foreign local number they may incur and will be responsible for paying long distance charges.
Customers of LineaPaís Base (for Peru , Chile , Mexico , Brazil, Dominican Republic and Spain ) pay a monthly fee of $19.95.
Customers of LineaPais Argentina pay a monthly fee of $14.95.
From time to time Americatel will offer the LíneaPaís Especial Plan, a win-back program offered to Customers who have cancelled or not used their LíneaPaís Service in the last three months.
Customers of LineaPais Especial Peru, Chile , Mexico , Brazil, Dominican Republic and Spain pay a monthly fee of $14.95.
Customers of LineaPais Especial Argentina pay a monthly fee of $9.95.
Customers can activate up to five foreign local numbers and will pay the following monthly fees:

Per-Minute Charges
You can also make outbound calls from your activated residential telephone number in the U.S.
The per-minute charges described below will be assessed on outbound calls from your activated telephone number.
UniendoAmérica Base rates apply to international destinations other than the ones listed below.
A per-minute rate of $0.06 applies to state-to-state calls.
Consult the Intrastate Call Rates Schedule for per-minute rates for calls within your state.
If you call an international cellular destination, you may be assessed an additional per-minute Surcharge as noted in International Cellular Per-Minute Surcharge Schedule. Definitions relating to the Mexico I, II and III code regions are outlined in you Customer Service Agreement. You are also responsible for Government Mandated Charges, which include taxes and fees that Americatel is required to assess on its customers by law and which vary depending on the your location.
During the third quarter of 2010, customers will be assessed a Universal Service Fund Fee of 13.6% applied to the Americatel charges. This Fund is collected from telecommunications carriers and is administered by the federal government to help provide affordable telecommunications services for low-income customers and customers in rural areas and Internet access for eligible schools, libraries and rural health care providers.
Customers will be assessed a monthly USF Administrative Fee of between $0.04 and $1.54. This fee helps Americatel recover costs associated with Universal Service Fund billing expenses.
