You are assigned a local telephone number in the foreign country you have selected that family and friends in that country may call to be connected to your telephone number in the United States .


Your callers to your foreign local telephone number will be responsible for the charges assessed by the telephone company providing the service used to make their calls. If your callers call from outside of the local calling area of your foreign local number they may incur and will be responsible for paying long distance charges.


Customers of LineaPaís Base (for Peru , Chile , Mexico , Brazil, Dominican Republic and Spain ) pay a monthly fee of $19.95.

Customers of LineaPais Argentina pay a monthly fee of $14.95. 

Customers can activate up to five foreign local numbers and will pay the following monthly fees:

For three FLNs $49.95
For four FLNs  $59.95
For five FLNs  $69.95 


LineaPais Argentina:
For two FLNs $24.95
For three FLNs $34.95
For four FLNs  $44.95
For five FLNs  $54.95 


You are also responsible for Government Mandated Charges, which include taxes and fees that Americatel is required to assess on its customers by law and which vary depending on the your location.


During the third quarter of 2010, customers will be assessed a Universal Service Fund Fee of 13.6% applied to the Americatel charges. This Fund is collected from telecommunications carriers and is administered by the federal government to help provide affordable telecommunications services for low-income customers and customers in rural areas and Internet access for eligible schools, libraries and rural health care providers.


Service is prepaid and all charges are charged to your authorized debit or credit card.
