A monthly fee of $1.95 will be assessed regardless of the extent to which you use the service.

Per-Minute Charges

Customers are assessed a per-minute rate of $0.113 for state-to-state calls.

Customers who instead agree to pay a monthly fee of $2.95 are assessed a per-minute rate of $0.083 for state-to-state calls. Customers who pay an additional $0.95 pay $0.05 for state-to-state calls.

Customers are also responsible for Government Mandated Charges, which include taxes and fees that Americatel is required to assess on its customers by law and which vary depending on the your location.

During the fourth quarter of 2008, customers will be assessed a Universal Service Fund Fee of 11.4% applied to the Americatel charges. This Fund is collected from telecommunications carriers and is administered by the federal government to help provide affordable telecommunications services for low-income customers and customers in rural areas and Internet access for eligible schools, libraries and rural health care providers.

Customers will be assessed a monthly USF Administrative Fee of between $0.04 and $1.54. This fee helps Americatel recover costs associated with Universal Service Fund billing expenses.

If you call an international cellular destination, you may be assessed an additional per-minute Surcharge as noted in International Cellular Per-Minute Surcharge Schedule.

Americatel Prepagado

Prepaid state-to-state and international communications service accessed by dialing a local access or 800 number. Calls to the local access number from outside the calling area of that number may generate long distance charges.

There are no refunds for unused Service. Accounts expire six (6) months from the date of the first charge or last recharge, whichever charge/recharge occurs latest ("Account Expiration"). An Administrative Account Fee shall be assessed upon the Account Expiration (See Surcharges below).

Subscriptions can be purchased with a valid debit or credit card in initial increments and recharges of $10, $15, $20, $25, $30, $35, $40, $45 and $50. Subscribers can activate the Automatic Recharge Option in increments of $20, $25, $30, $35, $40, $45 and $50.

One-time purchases can be purchased with cash at Americatel authorized dealers in the amounts of $2, $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, $30, $35, $40, $45, and $50.

Surcharges

During the fourth quarter of 2008, customers will be assessed a Universal Service Fund Fee of 11.4% applied to the Americatel charges. This Fund is collected from telecommunications carriers and is administered by the federal government to help provide affordable telecommunications services for low-income customers and customers in rural areas and Internet access for eligible schools, libraries and rural health care providers.

On the date of the Account Expiration, an Administrative Account Fee shall be assessed in an amount equal to the unused balance. Upon such Account Expiration, the Account status shall remain in good standing.

You are assigned a local telephone number in the foreign country you have selected that family and friends in that country may call to be connected to your telephone number in the United States .

Your callers to your foreign local telephone number will be responsible for the charges assessed by the telephone company providing the service used to make their calls. If your callers call from outside of the local calling area of your foreign local number they may incur and will be responsible for paying long distance charges.

Customers of LineaPaís Base (for Peru , Chile , Mexico , Brazil, Dominican Republic and Spain ) pay a monthly fee of $19.95.

Customers of LineaPais Argentina pay a monthly fee of $14.95.

From time to time Americatel will offer the LíneaPaís Especial Plan, a win-back program offered to Customers who have cancelled or not used their LíneaPaís Service in the last three months.

Customers of LineaPais Especial Peru, Chile , Mexico , Brazil, Dominican Republic and Spain pay a monthly fee of $14.95.

Customers of LineaPaís Base (for Peru , Chile , Mexico , Brazil, Dominican Republic and Spain ) pay a monthly fee of $19.95.

Customers of LineaPais Argentina pay a monthly fee of $14.95.

Customers can activate up to five foreign local numbers and will pay the following monthly fees:
